Xavier Favre-Bulle

Biography

Dr. Xavier Favre-Bulle is a partner at Lenz & Staehelin in Geneva, where he heads the Arbitration group and the Sports law sector. He has some 30 years of experience in dispute resolution and has been involved in more than 285 arbitrations. Among various positions in arbitration associations, he was Co-Chair of the IBA Arbitration Committee (2023-2024) and President of the Arbitration Court of the Swiss Arbitration Centre (2021-2023). He is a frequent speaker at conferences and the author of some 80 books and articles. He has lectured at several universities (Switzerland, France) on arbitration and contract law.
