Ms. He has practiced in China since March 2001 with JunHe LLP, specialized in corporate and M&A. Ms. He has assisted clients with many domestic and cross-border merger and acquisition transactions in the industries of real estate, automobile, media, energy, telecommunications, agriculture, petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, tourism, forestry, fisheries and logistics. In addition to representing foreign clients investing in China, she also assisted Chinese companies investing in other countries. Ms. He is a visiting professor at the Lawyer College of Renmin University of China and National Lawyers College, teaching M&A courses.
