In-house legal counsel overseeing all (global and local) employment issues (from strategy to internal compliance, V&A, collective transfers, outsourcing, industrial & individual relations, etc.) related to Accenture’s workforce & operations. My geographic scope covers the Gallia region (France, Benelux, Morocco, Mauritius & Vietnam - with a workforce of 20.000 employees), where I lead a team of 7 employment lawyers active across the region.
