Adina Shapiro

Biography

Adina Shapiro is a senior international corporate and M&A lawyer with nearly twenty years of experience advising on complex cross-border transactions, regulatory frameworks, and international trade. She is a partner at Meitar Law Offices is coordinating and leading the firms data centers and digital infrastructures practice. Adina is an Officer of the International Bar Association’s Corporate and M&A Committee and an active member of its Legal Practice Division AI Working Group, with frequent speaking engagements at international conferences on M&A, business, trade, and artificial intelligence and the strategic role of technology and digital infrastructures in global commerce. Beyond her legal career, Ms. Shapiro has been deeply engaged in advancing diversity and social inclusion in the legal field and in society as a whole as well as in leading philanthropic initiatives that strengthen social services and employment opportunities for Arab and minority communities in Israel. She serves as Chair of the Israeli Friends of the Israel Museum and as a director of major philanthropic and cultural organizations, including the Jerusalem International YMCA and Co-Impact – The Partnership for Breakthrough in Arab Employment. Her work reflects a sustained commitment to bridging business and societal needs, fostering cross-cultural understanding. She is fluent in Hebrew and English, and has studied Russian, French, and Arabic.
