Biography
Lawyer, Universidad de Chile. Master of Laws from Yale Law School. Diploma in International Humanitarian Law, Universidad de Chile and Army War Academy. He works as professor at the Legal Clinic, Universidad de Chile. He joined VGC Abogados in 2015, focusing his practice on criminal, environmental and administrative litigation, principally implementing and developing defense strategies and litigating in the courts. He is currently manager of the litigation area. He began his career in the “Human Rights Program” of the Ministry of the Interior and Public Safety. Subsequently he carried out investigation and publication work for the Human Rights Clinic of Yale Law School and subsequently worked as a lawyer in Human Rights First, New York. He is a member of the Chilean Bar Association.
