Past President of the Canadian Bar Association. Partner at the Montréal office of McCarthy Tétrault LLP and leader of the firm’s litigation group for the Québec region. He has a diversified practice in litigation and cutting-edge expertise in health law, medical and pharmaceutical liability, and professional law. He regularly appears before the courts of justice, the courts of appeal and administrative tribunals.
