Francisco Werneck de Albuquerque Maranhão advises domestic and international clients in several industries, with extensive experience in oil & gas matters. His areas of practice comprise regulatory matters, corporate restructurings, financing operations, joint ventures and M&A deals, especially in the oil & gas and infrastructure segments.
