Biography

Yinka is a Partner at Udo Udoma & Belo-Osagie, an international corporate law firm in Nigeria. She heads the firm’s Banking & Finance, Capital Markets, and FinTech teams. She has been involved in a range of financial and capital markets transactions, including advising on the first global depositary receipts programme, the first Eurobond issuance by a Nigerian Corporate, and the establishment of the first ETF to be listed in Nigeria. She regularly advises lenders providing finance to sustainability linked loans to Nigerian borrowers.
