Biography

Flávio Spaccaquerche PARTNER EXPERIENCE Flávio is experienced in litigation and arbitration, advising and representing clients in court proceedings and in domestic and international arbitrations. A specialist in complex disputes and experienced in different dispute-settling mechanisms, he assists Brazilian and international clients from various economic sectors, focusing especially on infrastructure (including public law), energy, construction and commercial disputes. Flávio has served as a member of the ICC Brazilian National Committee’s Arbitrator Nomination Committee. He is a member of the American Chamber of Commerce for Brazil’s Mediation and Arbitration Center Advisory Council, and the arbitration director of the Brazilian Center for Mediation and Arbitration (CBMA).
