Biography

Laura Chubb is an in-house attorney at Organon, a women’s health focused pharmaceutical company. Laura’s practice focuses on global patent litigation and due diligence. Prior to joining Organon, Laura was a partner in an intellectual property boutique. Laura has experience in all stages of litigation, pre-litigation activities, freedom-to-operate analysis, portfolio management, and due diligence, across a wide range of technologies. Laura has a degree in molecular biology and is admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Laura is active in the legal community and is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the New York Intellectual Property Law Association.
