Dagmar Waldzus specializes in sales and distribution law including E-Commerce with particular attention to cartel law and licensing and franchising. Another focus of Dagmar Waldzus’ work relates to corporate law / M&A where she specializes in the field of corporate transactions and compliance related topics. Dagmar Waldzus is a regular speaker at domestic and international conferences (IBA, IFA, DFI (German Franchise Institute)) and frequently publishes articles related to international franchising and corporate compliance.
