Biography

Compliance Officer and legal executive with over 25 years of experience, with expertise in developing and leading governance, compliance, and Integrity programs in several Geos to help organizations thrive and scale while fostering a culture of integrity. Currently, KYNDRYL Vice President, Trust & Compliance Officer for Europe, Middle East and Africa, leading the Kyndryl Compliance missions for all corporate governance, Integrity and compliance related matters. From 1997 to 2021, he held Legal, IP and Compliance positions at IBM, in several countries and Geos : Europe, Eastern Europe, Middle East Africa, China and Japan.
