Biography

Gordon is corporate partner based in London. He has over 25 years’ experience of advising on all aspects of private equity transactions. Gordon is a trusted adviser to sponsors, financial institutions and management teams and regularly advises clients on their most complex and highest value transactions. He has an extensive track record across the full spectrum of PE deals, including buyouts, acquisitions, cross-border carve-outs, public-to-private takeovers, mergers, demergers, co-investments and exits by way of auction sales or IPOs.
