Biography

Natasha Gopaul oversees legal coverage for Private Equity at Blackstone managing legal transactional matters and risk management for the PE portfolio. Prior to joining Blackstone in 2016 she worked at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP in the Private Equity and Mergers and Acquisitions group in New York. Ms. Gopaul received a BA, summa cum laude, from the Princeton School of Public and International Affairs, and was elected Phi Beta Kappa, and a JD from Georgetown University Law Center, where she was a member of the Georgetown Journal of International Law. She is also a Term Member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
