Ms. Priya Prakash Royal, Esq., LL.M. (Tax), MBA, AEP®, TEP is an established international private client tax attorney and Managing Attorney at Royal Law Firm PLLC with nearly two decades of experience advising ultra-high-net-worth individuals, global family offices, and private business owners on cross-border tax strategy, asset protection, and multigenerational wealth preservation. A former IRS Estate Tax Attorney, she brings rare insight to high-stakes estate, trust, and business structuring matters. Ms. Royal is a Forbes Contributor on international tax and wealth strategies, and has authored insights in several leading publications including Bloomberg Tax and Wealth Management.
