Biography

Ms. Chamberlain is Head of Legal and Compliance for Vanguard’s Canada and Latin America regions, managing and providing support on a wide variety of legal, compliance, corporate governance, and public policy matters. Ms. Chamberlain is also a member of Vanguard Canada’s Board of Directors, Canadian Leadership Team, and DEI Governance Council, with collective responsibility for the management and strategic direction of Vanguard’s business in Canada. Since joining Vanguard in September 2011, Ms. Chamberlain has also acted in the roles of Chief Compliance Officer, Privacy Officer, and AML Officer. Ms. Chamberlain brings over 20 years of experience across investment management and investment funds work. Prior to joining Vanguard, she held senior positions at Bank of Montreal Financial Group (BMO).
