Biography

With over 15 years of experience on the front end of projects, Mr. Halpern conducts contract drafting and strategic project advice for high value complex projects, as well as dispute resolution. He specialise in all forms of construction contracts (including DB, BOT, EPC/TK and EPCM contracting) in a wide range of sectors in Chile and Latin America.
