Biography

Tobias Lühmann advises financial institutions on banking law and represents clients in front of state courts. In addition he is defending clients in follow-on antitrust damages proceedings. He has broad experience in defending against mass claims and collective actions in particular actions brought by claim vehicles and consumer associations. He also regularly publishes articles on banking law and collective redress. He is editor of the book Collective Actions in Europe (planned for 11/2024).
