Biography

Graham is a leading commercial litigation partner and corporate restructuring specialist. Graham regularly acts as a solicitor advocate and has appeared in some of the largest commercial cases to come before the Superior Courts. He advises major domestic and international companies in resolving disputes and navigating the Commercial Court procedures. Graham has over 20 years’ experience before the Courts in Ireland and is broadly recognised as a leader in his field. Graham is a Council Member of the Law Society of Ireland and is also a member of the Litigation Committee of the Society. Graham was previously a lecturer on the Law Society’s Higher Diploma courses. Graham is also qualified to practice in England and Wales, and New York, and is a CEDR-Accredited Mediator. Graham has experience as a director on a number of Boards, ranging from major retail and hospitality establishments to national property companies. Graham is also a director of one of Ireland’s largest charities, Tuath Housing Association.
