Myra is a corporate partner, and former Managing Partner, of William Fry, a leading Irish law firm. She has a broad corporate practice specializing in cross boarder M&A, public takeovers, restructurings and Capital Markets. She is Chair of the IBA Section on Public & Professional Interests (SPPI).
