Biography

Andrea Huber is a partner and member of Pestalozzi’s Financial Services Group. Her practice spans banking regulatory, asset management and investment funds, fintech, insurance, internal and regulatory investigations, enforcement proceedings, and white-collar crime. Admitted to the Swiss bar (Zurich) in 2003, Andrea brings over 20 years of extensive experience as regulatory, structuring, and transaction lawyer. Andrea is recognized for her expertise across her practice areas, earning recommendations from legal directories such as Chambers, The Legal 500, IFLR1000 and Leaders League and has been ranked as "Leading Partner" in Banking & Finance by The Legal 500 EMEA and is acknowledged as a "highly regarded" financial services regulatory expert by IFLR1000.
