Biography

Registered at the Paris Bar and admitted to intervene before all French courts. Holds a Masters’ degree in business law (Paris II – Assas) and an LLM in carriage of goods by sea, international trade and insurance law (Soton). Advises and handles litigation in all matters in connection with the maritime, insurance and international trade practice. Represents various ship-owners, charterers, freight-forwarders, P&I Clubs, and civil liability and H&M insurers. Member of the AFDM, the IBA and the IIDM as Vice-President for France. Author of publications on Oil pollution and on Sea Events (Towage, General Average, Salvage, Collision). Regular speaker at conferences and seminars.
