Biography

Legal advisor specialized in commercial & corporate transactions based in Buenos Aires and São Paulo. Our firm connects companies within Latin America, offering legal advice in an efficient and flexible way. We act in cooperation as Of-Counsels and together with other law firms in Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay and Italy. What do we do? We accompany our clients in all matters related to local and international contracts, incorporation and registration of companies, acquisition of real estate, software licensing, technology transfer, data privacy, anticorruption & compliance, tax planning and international arbitration. We also act as external legal team for local and foreign companies. We act as legal managers of medium-sized companies in ordinary operations and during negotiation processes. Further, we are counselors of start-ups regarding contracts, incorporation of companies, corporate and fiscal law, along with teams of paralegals in Latin America and the United States. Currently serving as an Mentorship Officer in the IBA’s Closely Held Companies Committee, working with fellow leaders worldwide to promote innovation and collaboration within corporate and commercial law.
