Biography

I am partner of the Berlin-based law firm lindenpartners and have wide-ranging experience in advising on all aspects of corporate law with a particular focus on cross-border Venture Capital and M&A transactions and complex shareholder disputes. International business law is my passion. During my career I spent significant time in the US and know the key legal, market standard and cultural aspects you need to know when investing or doing business in Germany.
