Biography
Vittorio De Luca joined Studio De Luca in 1996 and has been Managing Partner since 1999.
Before joining De Luca & Partners, Vittorio De Luca practiced at Loyens & Loeff (formerly Loyens & Volkmaars – Amsterdam) and Studio Deiure (Milan).
Vittorio De Luca is a member of the Scientific Committee for employment litigation of “Il Sole 24 Ore” and until 2011 he was honorary fellow in the Department of Labour and trade unions law at the Milan State University.
Practice
Vittorio De Luca usually advises corporations and private equity funds, in conjunction with other law firms within the framework of international transactions involving multiple jurisdictions both in restructurings and in M&A transactions.Thanks to his degree in Jurisprudence and in Economics, Vittorio is highly skilled in understanding business needs.Vittorio De Luca is regularly involved – as expert for employment and labour related matters – in primary reorganizations, M&A, restructuring and private equity transactions.

He works closely with “Il Sole 24 Ore” and other main journals. He is the author of numerous publications and books on employment matters, including Industrial Relations Law Across the World, De Luca & Partners, Wolters Kluwer-Ipsoa; Employment and Labour Laws and Regulations, Global Legal Insights; Corporate Immigration Laws and Regulations, ICLG.
