Biography

Arina Popova is Head of Legal at New Mountain Capital. Prior to joining New Mountain Capital, Ms. Popova was associated with the law firms of Paul Weiss Rifkind Wharton & Garrison LLP and Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP. Ms. Popova holds a J.D. from St. Petersburg State University School of Law, LL.M. from New York University School of Law and M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
