Biography

Michael is Head of Funds Legal at Apax Partners, a leading global private equity advisory firm, with responsibility for managing all legal aspects of Apax's fundraising and investor relations activity as well as advising on a broad range of transactional, operational and risk related issues across the firm. Michael began his legal career in the Private Funds Group at Clifford Chance, advising clients across a range of asset classes including private equity, real estate, credit and infrastructure. After moving in-house, he worked at Campbell Lutyens (a leading global private markets advisory firm) and Actis (a leading global investor in sustainable infrastructure) before joining Apax.
