Nicolas Simon

Biography

Nicolas Simon is a Partner at Van Olmen & Wynant, specialised in employment law, with a focus on psychosocial risks (i.e. harassment, violence), discrimination and privacy issues related to the use of new technologies in the workplace. He is fluent in French, Dutch and English. Nicolas Simon graduated from the University of Brussels in 2006 (ULB). He holds a Master’s in business law from the University of Ghent (UGent, 2007).
