Biography

Teresa Villarreal joined Xignux in 2002 and is currently the General Counsel for Xignux and its Subsidiaries. Ms. Villarreal has a Law Degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León and has a postgraduate degree in Business Administration from the Instituto Panamericano de Alta Dirección de Empresas (IPADE). She is part of the Board of Directors of COPARMEX and will be President of ANADE Nuevo León for the term 2025-2026. She also participates as a member of the Mexican Bar Association (BMA).
