Biography

I am the Co-Managing Partner at PPO Indacochea, where I have the privilege of leading an exceptional team and driving our firm’s strategy. My practice focuses on two areas: Compliance & Investigations and International Arbitration. I lead PPO’s Compliance and Investigations practice, ranked among the Top 100 worldwide by Global Investigations Review (GIR). I advise multinational clients on risk management strategies, including transactional and third-party due diligence, corruption risk assessments, and complex internal investigations into fraud, bribery, and corporate misconduct. In International Arbitration, I represent clients in high-stakes disputes and serve as one of Bolivia’s national delegates to the ICC Commission on Arbitration and Dispute Resolution, contributing to the ICC’s global thought leadership. I’m proud to have been recognized as a top arbitration lawyer by the Latin American Corporate Counsel Association (LACCA), a distinction awarded by leading in-house counsel. Before co-founding PPO, I practiced at top international law firms in Washington, D.C., advising Fortune 500 companies and global financial institutions in cross-border investigations and complex disputes involving U.S. regulators.
