Biography

Lisa Donahue is the Co-Head of the Americas & Asia at AlixPartners. With over two decades in consulting and industry-spanning expertise, Lisa has delivered services across every industry. These include turnaround and restructuring, whole-scale digital and technological transformation, risk management and more. Previous assignments include AeroMexico Airlines, Westinghouse, and PREPA (Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority). In addition to her leadership responsibilities at AlixPartners, Lisa is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and the World Economic Forum’s Global Future Council on Complex Risks. She is also a board member of Tina’s Wish, a non-profit organization dedicated to funding research for the prevention and early detection of ovarian cancer.
