Martha Tremblay
Biography
Martha Rincon Tremblay has over 28 years of professional engineering experience at the Los Angeles County Sanitation Districts and is currently the Assistant Chief Engineer and Assistant General Manager providing executive direction over all Districts operations. The Districts are a public agency serving the wastewater needs of about 5.5 million people in 78 cities and unincorporated areas in Los Angeles County with a mission to convert waste to resources such as recycled water, fertilizer and energy. Ms. Tremblay is directly involved in implementing agency policies, procedures, procurement, and budgets for a diverse workforce of 1700 employees. Ms. Tremblay has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Southern California and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley. She is a registered professional engineer in California and a Board Certified Environmental Engineer by the American Academy of Environmental Engineers and Scientists.
