Biography

22 years of experience in international trade/customs and energy cases, Gerardo’s practice focuses on international trade, including import and export projects related to maquila operations, complex tariff classification, Free Trade Agreements, customs valuation, contractual supply chain, and anti-dumping procedures. He has also complemented his expertise with studies in maritime law, enabling him to advise shipping companies on their operations in Mexico. LL.M. Goethe Universität Frankurt am Main
