Biography

Has more than 19 years of experience in the mining sector, handling both regulatory matters and transactional issues. In the transactional sphere, I have participated in mergers and acquisitions, legal due diligence, the structuring of joint ventures, and the negotiation of mining contracts, supporting my clients at every stage of these transactions. I have also led the planning of legal strategies and audits for the execution of mining projects and operations, including advising on administrative proceedings, community relations, environmental emergencies, and occupational health and safety, among other matters. Recognized in the “Mining” and “Environment” categories by the Chambers & Partners and Legal 500 rankings.
