Biography

Mario is the Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Legal at Fairplay, a venture capital-backed lending company and the leading revenue-based financing platform in Mexico, supported by prominent investors like QED, Speedinvest, and Elevar Equity. Before joining Fairplay, Mario honed his expertise in Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Markets at prestigious law firms Nader Hayaux & Goebel and Hengeler Mueller. He holds a Juris Doctor degree from Universidad Iberoamericana and an LLM in Finance from the Institute for Law and Finance at Goethe University Frankfurt.
