Biography

Francoise INGABIRE is the case manager and Capacity Building specialist at the Kigali International Arbitration Centre. She co-administers the KIAC’s arbitration, Mediation and other ADR mechanisms cases and actively prepare capacity building activities for the centre. She is a certified Member of the Chartered institute of arbitrators (MCIArb), a certified mediator from the University of cape town, South Africa and a member of the Association of young arbitrators (AYA). She holds a Bachelor’s of Laws (LLB) from the university of Rwanda and a diploma in peacebuilding and conflict resolution from the school of International Trainings (SIT), USA. She also holds a diploma in Legal Practice from the Institute of legal practice and Development in Rwanda (ILPD).
