Biography

Experience Leonardo Homsy is a specialist in tax matters across a wide range of economic sectors, particularly in the oil and gas, electric power, renewable energy, technology, and infrastructure industries, advising both international and domestic companies. He has extensive expertise in direct and indirect taxation, as well as customs law, international taxation, and foreign investment matters. Leonardo currently serves on the Board of Directors of BRATECC – Brazil-Texas Chamber of Commerce, headquartered in Houston, Texas, and is a member of the Special Tax Affairs Committee of the Rio de Janeiro Bar Association (OAB/RJ – CEAT/RJ).
