Biography

Sabine Pittrof is a corporate partner in the firm's Frankfurt office. She has more than 20 years of professional experience. Sabine’s core areas are M&A, private equity and corporate law. She has extensive experience in advising national and international clients, both buy-side and sell-side on M&A transactions in a variety of industries, among others in the packaging, technology, energy and medical sectors. In addition, Sabine’s expertise also involves industrial projects in the energy sector, such as RDF, biomass and sludge incineration plants, solar and wind farms. Sabine has a country focus on Australia and heads up the firm’s Australian Desk in Germany. She chairs the German-Australian Business Council e.V. and is a member of the board of several non-profit associations.
