Biography

Jay is a Singapore qualified lawyer and has extensive private practice and in-house experience in contentious and non-contentious life insurance, general insurance, re-insurance, investment management, general compliance, regulatory compliance, data privacy, anti-money laundering, anti-bribery, financial crimes, employment and corporate secretarial matters. Jay currently works as general counsel for Prudential Singapore and leads the legal, ethics and corporate secretarial functions of the company.
