Biography

I have been a restructuring lawyer for over 17 years and have a broad practice area in the restructuring and insolvency space. I have acted for many clients including funds, corporates, lenders and insolvency practitioners in relation to turnaround solutions including debt and equity acquisitions, restructurings and disposal of assets at all stages of the cycle. My clients include clearing banks, alternative funds, pension providers, ABLs along with all the major restructuring FAs and she has recently led various, complex, and high value transactions.
