Biography

Ben provides hands-on leadership and advice for corporate boards and their financial stakeholders with respect to the implementation of holistic turnaround programs. He has more than 20 years of restructuring experience, focusing on liquidity management, financial and operational restructuring, stakeholder management, contingency planning, and the implementation of court-led restructuring solutions. Ben has developed excellent negotiation and technical skills through a host of contentious and challenging engagements, many of them with cross-border elements. Ben has a Bachelor of Commerce in accounting and finance from the University of Melbourne. He is a Chartered Accountant, a fellow of the R3 Association of Business Recovery Professionals, and a licensed insolvency practitioner.
