Biography

Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile Law School (LLB, 1999). Duke University, USA (LLM, 2011). He worked as foreign attorney at Arnold & Porter LLP (2011-2012), Washington, D.C. He has specialized in Civil Litigation (contractual and tort litigation, trials relating unfair competition and intellectual property), Arbitration (local and international) and Insolvency. Professor of Procedural Law at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and Professor of Legal Ethics at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez.
