Biography

Ryan Toteja serves as the Head of Legal, Investment Funds an provides counsel on legal affairs for Platinum Equity and its investment funds, with an emphasis on supporting the firm’s investor relations, compliance, tax and credit teams. Prior to joining Platinum Equity in 2021, Mr. Toteja worked at The Carlyle Group and Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton. Mr. Toteja holds a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a JD from Columbia Law School.
