Jamie Bull

Biography

Jamie Bull is a Managing Director and legal counsel in Brookfield Asset Management's Private Funds Group. In this role, he is responsible for fund formation and structuring for Brookfield's private investment funds. Prior to joining Brookfield in 2018, Jamie worked as an attorney in the Private Funds Group of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton for seven years, where he advised private fund sponsors in connection with the structuring and negotiation of their investment funds. Jamie holds a Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario.
