Biography

Peter de Ryck is a partner and heads the Corporate and M&A practice of Lydian. Peter was managing partner of Lydian from 2016 till 2019 and is currently its the chairman. Peter is a trusted adviser to industrial and strategic buyers, private equity and corporate finance houses, financial institutions and real estate investors. Peter specializes in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, real estate and equity capital markets. He is notably active in the food and beverage, leisure, transport, services, insurance, energy and ICT sectors. He is mentioned in his fields of expertise of Restructuring and Insolvency, M&A as highly regarded by IFLR 1000.
