Biography

Roland is the Senior Partner of Slaughter and May, having previously been the Co-Head of our Corporate/M&A Practice and our Financial Institutions Group. Roland is listed as an “Eminent Practitioner” in the Corporate/M&A: High end capability section of Chambers UK, 2026 and a “Senior Statesperson” in Chambers Europe 2026. Roland has also been named as one of Financial News’s 50 Most Influential Lawyers in 2026, ever present since 2021.
