Biography

Aleksandra focuses on the intersection of technology, law and business to help clients understand the importance of proper collection and use of information in today’s data-driven economy. Prior to joining Happiest Baby in 2020 as Senior Legal Counsel, Aleksandra served as outside general counsel to technology and new media companies, providing advice related to e-commerce, data management and best practices for websites, applications and connected devices. Aleksandra also appeared in high stake federal and state court litigation involving business disputes and corporate insolvency proceedings. Aleksandra is a Certified Information Privacy Professional, United States Private Sector Privacy Law Focus (CIPP/US) and Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM), member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) and the California Lawyers Association, Business Section. Aleksandra received a J. D. (Cum Laude, Order of the Coif) from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, and holds a B. Sc. in Architectural Engineering.
