Biography

A senior partner with over twenty-five years of experience, Ms. Natland is Co-chair of the firm’s Trademark and Brand Protection group and Chair of the firm’s Data Privacy and Security group, handling all aspects of domestic and international trademark procurement and enforcement, including litigation, as well as data privacy compliance. Ms. Natland is also the immediate past Chair of the USPTO’s Trademark Public Advisory Committee (TPAC), where she directly advised the Director of the USPTO on trademark policy, regulations, and budget matters. Ms. Natland has also taught advanced trademark law at her alma matter UCLA Law School and was seconded as in-house trademark counsel at Amazon.com for several years, gaining hands-on experience with business drivers and concerns. Ms. Natland is also a registered patent attorney with the USPTO.
