Carmen Reyna

Biography

Carmen Reyna is a partner of the Corporate M&A Department in the Madrid office of Pérez-Llorca. She has Joint Honours degree in Law and Business Administration (Carlos III University), and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) by Georgetown University. She is a member of the Madrid and the NY Bar Associations. Carmen specializes in Corporate Law, particularly in mergers and acquisitions and private equity. She has advised national and foreign clients on high profile mergers, acquisitions and joint-ventures. Carmen is currently professor for the Master’s degree in Corporate Law at Universidad Carlos III, as well the Master’s degree in Private Equity at Instituto Capital Riesgo. Carmen Reyna was awarded with the Iberian Lawyer: 40 under Forty award 2013.
