1. Rabindra Jhunjhunwala | Moderator | Senior Partner, Khaitan & Co | India Rabindra Jhunjhunwala is a Senior Partner at Khaitan & Co., one of India's leading full-service law firms. He began his legal career at the firm's Kolkata office in 1990 and co-founded the Mumbai office in 2001, building over three decades of experience advising multinationals and Indian companies on complex M&A, private equity, and cross-border transactions. He heads Khaitan & Co.'s IBA, France Desk and Germany Desk initiatives and serves as Conference Coordinator Asia Pacific on the IBA Corporate and M&A Law Committee. He has been recognised by Chambers & Partners, Legal 500, IFLR1000, Who's Who Legal, Asian Legal Business, and the India Business Law Journal A-List, and was featured as the only Indian lawyer in Asian Legal Business's ALB Hot 100: Movers & Shakers in 2008.
